Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of amlawglobal.com (the “Site”), operated by AmLaw Group PLLC (“AmLaw Group,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. No legal advice and no attorney-client relationship
The Site provides general information about U.S. immigration law. It is not legal advice for your situation. Using the Site, taking the quiz, using the comparison tool or sending us a message does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we both sign a written engagement agreement.
Immigration law and agency practice change often. Content may not reflect the latest changes. Do not act or decide not to act based on the Site without advice from a licensed attorney.
2. Tools and estimates
The eligibility quiz, visa comparison tool, processing-time ranges and investment amounts on the Site are general estimates. They are not a determination of your eligibility and not a prediction of any result. Government processing times and requirements are set by the agencies and can change without notice.
