Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AmLaw Group PLLC (“AmLaw Group,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information through amlawglobal.com (the “Site”) and the forms, emails and text messages connected to it.

1. Who we are

AmLaw Group PLLC is a U.S. immigration law firm. Office: 1920 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Suite 709, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009. Phone: (305) 509-6400. Email: info@amlawglobal.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a strategy session, send an inquiry, take the eligibility quiz or request a download, we collect what you enter. This can include your name, email address, phone number, country of citizenship, the visa program you are interested in, quiz answers and the message you write.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive details, such as passport numbers, immigration history or financial records, through the Site’s forms. We will ask for those securely if you become a client.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect technical data. This includes IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page you came from, and campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source). We use cookies and similar technologies for this, as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call or consultation.
  • To check for conflicts of interest before we take on a matter.
  • To send materials you request, such as guides and handbooks.
  • To send updates about immigration law and our services, if you agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To run, secure and improve the Site, and to measure which pages and campaigns work.
  • To meet legal and professional obligations, including Florida Bar rules.

4. Inquiries and attorney-client confidentiality

Contacting us through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we both sign a written engagement agreement. We still treat information from prospective clients as confidential, consistent with Florida Bar Rule 4-1.18.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. The Site uses advertising tools from Google and Meta that collect data about your visit so we can show our ads on other websites and measure them. Under some state laws this counts as “sharing”; you can opt out as described in our Cookie Policy.

We share information only:

  • With service providers that help us run the firm and the Site, such as website hosting, our client-intake and CRM system, email delivery, scheduling, analytics and text-message delivery. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • With government agencies such as USCIS, the Department of State or the Department of Labor, but only when you are our client and the filing requires it.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
  • With your consent.

6. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments and case updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track

The Site uses cookies and analytics tools, described in our Cookie Policy. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for it, so the Site does not respond to it. On your first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics and advertising cookies; you can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies.

Third-party tools on the Site, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, Hotjar and embedded YouTube videos, may collect information about your activity over time and across other websites.

8. How long we keep information

If you do not become a client, we keep your inquiry for 3 years after our last contact. We keep a short record of your name, the date and the general subject longer, so we can check for conflicts of interest. Client files are kept for as long as Florida Bar rules and our file-retention policy require. Then we delete or anonymize them.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law, including the Florida Information Protection Act (Section 501.171, Florida Statutes).

10. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also opt out of marketing emails and texts at any time. Write to info@amlawglobal.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some information for legal or professional reasons; if so, we will tell you why.

California residents. Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, you may ask whether we shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing in the past year. We do not do so.

Visitors from Canada, the UK and the EU. We process your information to respond to your request (steps before a contract), with your consent, or for our legitimate interest in running the firm. You may withdraw consent, object to processing, or ask for a copy of your data. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

11. International visitors

The Site is operated in the United States. Information you submit is stored and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your country.

12. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through the Site. Information about a client’s children is collected from the parent or guardian only as part of a representation.

13. Links to other websites

The Site links to government and third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own.

14. Changes to this policy

We will post any change on this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
