Green Card available for individuals creating jobs in the U.S.

While securing a green card or establishing permanent residence in the U.S. is elusive to many people, some individuals may be allowed to live in the U.S. given that they are willing to make an investment and create jobs in the U.S.

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) may grant potential investors “conditional permanent residence” if those individuals are willing to invest in and provide jobs in rural areas in the country where the unemployment rate is high. Aside from investing $1 million, or a minimum of $500,000, investors should maintain at least ten full-time employment positions for people who are allowed to secure work in the country. Potential investors who are given permission for conditional permanent residence in the U.S. may also be able to bring some of their family members with them into the country.
