US visa entitled for exceptionally-talented individuals

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) extends its employment visa program to individuals who are considered talented or those who have proven their exceptional skills in their respective fields.

Highly-exceptional individuals may possibly migrate to the U.S. through an “Employment-Based” visa often called the EB-1. Individuals who consider applying for an EB-1 visa should be able to produce evidence of their superior talent achievements. Talents in the field of arts, science, business, or sports are recognized by the USCIS. EB-1 applicants should present certain evidence required by the USCIS. For example, an athlete who won a medal in the Olympics may show it as proof of his or her national-level recognition to qualify themselves for the EB-1. Researchers or professors, on the other hand, are required to show at least two pieces of their works or achievements that are nationally or internationally recognized as evidence.

The lawyers at AmLaw Group assist individuals who are considering to apply for EB-1 visa in various legal matters. Call our office today at (305) 509-6400 to learn more about the process of the visa application and how we may work on your behalf.
