How many EB-5 visas does USCIS make available every year?
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) sets 10,000 visas aside for people who apply through the immigrant investment program (EB-5). The number of visas set aside for EB-5 is renewed each fiscal year, which begins on the 1st of October and ends on the 31st of September.
Though 10,000 visas are set aside for this program, the USCIS does limit the number of people from single countries who can claim an EB-5 visa; only 7% of all EB-5 visas can be issued to people from the same country every fiscal year.
